For those of you unfamiliar, the sanskrit word namaste (pronounced nah-mah-STAY) is a blessing which roughly translates as "the Spirit of God which is in me blesses the Spirit of God which is in you." So to all of you wonderful, beautiful, incredibly intelligent readers: namaste!

I just had to post the fact that I received an email from my friends Jeremy and Sue Ellen today that while travelling they just happened to run into this baseball legend somewhereabouts Nashville, Tennessee. Personally, I wouldn't have known him from my high school gym teacher, but Jerm is quite the baseball officianado. Or maybe it's just because they know everyone everywhere. No kidding. I don't know how they do it. If you have ever been out with them, you know exactly what I mean. It's like going out with Bizzy and Tom. If you go out to dinner with them, or Sam's Club or the Minit Mart...someone will shout out. It's pure craziness. Namaste
"We must learn to reawaken and keep ourselves awake . . . by an infinite expectation of the dawn, which does not forsake us in our soundest sleep. I know of no more encouraging fact than the unquestionable ability of man to elevate his life by a conscious endeavor."
Henry David Thoreau
